The University of Sunderland is a Certified Cisco Networking Academy, and offers training for both Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) levels.

Hosted by the School of Computing and Technology, the Cisco Networking Academy boasts state-of-the-art facilities and is based within the award winning David Goldman Informatics Centre at St. Peter's Campus, one of the most modern and best equipped computing environments in the UK.
We offer our courses as both stand-alone industry certified programmes and as modules integrated into the academic curriculum.

Academically, the programme is offered at Foundation Degree, and undergraduate and postgraduate level. Academic students gain Cisco Certification to go with their qualification and, in addition to their Cisco Certificates, Academy trainees achieve Higher Educational Certificates and credits that can be used as a basis for further studies.
The University of Sunderland is unique in the North East of England in offering such a wide range of Cisco courses.
